RabbitBreeder is built for rabbits alone. That is the whole reason this list can be specific: nothing here is a general livestock field renamed, and several of these modules have no equivalent in a product that also has to describe a horse.

Breeding cycle

The cycle is modelled as a state machine, not a calendar reminder. Dates follow from the mating record, and a doe that misses moves through the same states as one that takes.

Treatment and loss are recorded against the individual animal, which is what makes an outbreak visible while it is still small.

What a multi-species model cannot say

A platform that also serves dogs, cattle and alpacas has to model an animal generically. That is a real advantage for a mixed holding and a real cost for a rabbitry: there is no generic field for a nest box due on day 28, for a doe's rebreeding rhythm, for young stock held as a group rather than as individuals, or for a processing batch. Those are not settings we added — they are the shape of the product.
