Who is RabbitBreeder for?
It is designed for small rabbitries, working breeding farms and professional teams that need reliable records, repeatable workflows and a clear view of farm performance.
Which farm processes can it manage?
The platform covers mating and kindling cycles, litters and young stock, vaccinations and treatments, cage locations, QR labels, inventory, expenses, income, reminders and operational reporting.
Can I manage more than one farm?
Yes. One account can hold memberships in several farms, and the farm switcher moves between them without signing out. Animals, cages, finance and analytics stay separated per farm.
Can my team work in the same farm?
Yes. A farm owner invites people by email and assigns a role: owner, administrator, worker or visiting vet. Permissions follow the role, so a worker can record daily work without reaching billing or farm settings.
Breeding and pedigree
Why is a mating blocked?
RabbitBreeder checks the recorded pedigree of the doe and the buck before saving the event. When a close common ancestor is found, the mating is blocked to keep inbreeding risk down.
How deep is the relatedness check?
The check walks three generations back from both animals and looks for a shared ancestor, including direct parent-offspring pairs. Its accuracy depends on how complete your pedigree records are: an animal with no recorded ancestors cannot be evaluated, which is why entering pedigrees early pays off.
How does it support breeding decisions?
RabbitBreeder combines pedigree, relationship, reproduction and productivity context before the next mating is planned. The underlying records remain visible so a breeder can review why a decision is appropriate.
Research summaryHow is the forecast computed?
Active breeding cycles, expected kindling dates, the farm's average litter size and its survival rate are combined into daily projections, so the forecast reflects your own herd rather than a generic model.
Where is the PDF pedigree export?
Open Genealogy and select a rabbit. The PDF contains the recorded ancestors, breed, sex and birth dates in your active language, ready to print or send to a buyer.
Plans and billing
Why is RabbitBreeder free in Ukraine?
Accounts created from Ukraine are placed on the Ukraine program automatically, based on the country detected at sign-up. The farm keeps every module with no card, no subscription fee and no active-doe limit, and the status stays visible in account settings.
Plans and limitsWhat does each plan include?
Free covers 3 active breeder does. Starter is $9.90 per month for up to 10. Business covers 30, with $0.75 per month for each additional active doe. Annual base plans give 12 months of access for the price of 10.
Plans and limitsHow are active does counted?
Only active breeder females count toward a plan limit. Bucks, young stock, cages, buildings, reports and analytics never change the price, so a growing herd of non-breeding animals does not move you to a higher plan.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan stays free up to 3 active does and needs no card at all. Starter and Business include a 30-day free period before the first subscription charge.
How do I change or cancel a plan?
Billing runs through Stripe. Plan changes, payment methods, invoices and cancellation are handled in the Stripe billing portal opened from your account, and the current prices are always shown on the pricing page.

How do I export my data?
The zootechnical plan, finance and reports support CSV export. Pedigrees, rabbit passports and reports are produced as PDF. Every export opens in the module it belongs to and follows your active language.
How is farm data protected?
Farm data is stored in Supabase with row-level security enabled, so each farm can reach only its own records. Transfer and storage use industry-standard encryption, and access follows the role each member holds on the farm.
Privacy policyWho owns the data I enter?
Your farm records stay yours. RabbitBreeder does not sell or trade personal information, and data is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the platform, under confidentiality and data-protection terms.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Write to support@rabbitbreeder.com to access, correct, export or delete personal data. After an account is deleted, personal data is removed within the retention period described in the privacy policy, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Does it work on phones and tablets?
Yes. RabbitBreeder is a responsive web application, so the same farm records and QR workflows can be opened from phones, tablets and desktop browsers without a separate data copy.
Can I change the language?
Yes. RabbitBreeder is published in English, Ukrainian, German, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Slovak and Romanian. The switcher in the top bar changes both the public site and the farm dashboard, and your choice is remembered for the next visit.
How do QR cage labels work?
Generate a QR label for a cage, print it and keep it on the cage. Scanning it with a phone, tablet or dedicated scanner opens that cage, the rabbits assigned to it and the related tasks, so moves are recorded where they happen.
Do I need an account for the feed calculator?
No. The rabbit feed calculator is a public page and works without signing up. An account is only needed when you want to keep the result together with your animals, feed stock and costs.
